Where to find your Etsy files
IMPORTANT:
Login to your Etsy account from a browser, NOT the Etsy app. Your files will not show up in the app (at least as of February 2022 when writing this blog post).
If you are downloading your files on your iPad I recommend only using the Safari browser to do so. I have run into issues with using Chrome to download files from Etsy.

Once logged in to your account in a browser, go to the "you" tab in the top right corner and click on "purchases and reviews"

Locate your order and click the “download files” button

Click the “download” button for the file you want to download!
For Monday start only planners (or digital notebooks):
how to download & import the digital planner on your iPad
If you purchased a digital planner with only a Monday start calendar (or a digital notebook), follow these instructions to quickly download the PDF and import into your app.
**Important: if you purchased a digital planner with Sunday & Monday starts, the process will be a little different. Jump to those instructions here.
Locate the PDF digital planner or notebook file and tap on "download"

A new window will open - tap the share icon in the top right corner of your browser and scroll down and select the “open in” option for the app you want to open the planner in

If you don't see the "open in" option in the share menu, scroll up to the app list and then scroll to the end of the apps. Tap on "more" and then select the app from the list that you want to open the planner in.

For Sunday & Monday start planners: how to download, unzip, and import the digital planner files on your iPad
If you purchased a digital planner with both Sunday & Monday starts, the digital planners will be in a ZIP file that you will have to unzip before importing the planner you want to use into your app.
Locate the ZIP file that says "digital-planners.zip" and tap on "download"

Tap the downloads icon in the top right corner of your browser and then tap on the digital-planners.zip file. This will open your downloads folder on your iPad.

Now you will need to unzip the file. Simply tap on it once and you will see the unzipped folder.

Tap on the unzipped folder and you will see both Sunday & Monday start planner files. Tap on the one you want to use.

To import the file into your digital planning app, tap on the share icon in the top right corner and you can either tap on the app icon in the app list or scroll down to find the "open in" option for your app.
